À travers le monde, les Hommes, qui découvrent effroyablement la nature transformée, aspirent à nouveau à la liberté afin de jouïr pleinement de la lumière. Mais, depuis l'extinction de la lumière, les reliefs de cet autre monde sont cachés en rendant les terres arriérées impraticables par les Hommes du berceau de l'humanité. À cette période de l'éclipse, Seul le grand protecteur du règne des dragons, qui puise sa force dans les ténébres, a réussi, grâce à son énergie cosmique, à insuffler à ses combattants aguerris d'avoir la foi en lui, l'un des animaux sacrés. C'est ainsi que la légende des dragons renaît sous l'égide du grand protecteur du règne des dragons. Cependant, les peurs des guerriers grandissent face aux obédiences en sachant que l'humanité est en péril. L'émotion du grand protecteur du règne des dragons est palpable lorsqu'il ressent la désolation de cet autre monde.
